LED is currently seeking retail and mixed-use opportunities in the US market. We are actively evaluating existing retail, office and mix use Class A locations that have a minimum 50,000 sq ft or more. These locations can contain from independent to anchor nationally branded retailers. In additional land lease options with NNN tenant with a minimum 15 years or greater left in the term, build to suit and tear down to redevelopment vacant land opportunities. This also can include LED becoming apart of a joint venture partner with an existing seasoned operator or developer
